NO DEVON DATACENTRE ACTION GROUP FUNDRAISER AT TORRINGTON CHURCH on 7TH NOVEMBER

I'll be supporting the campaign. I'm delighted to be reading some of my poems about the North Devon countryside, including the poem 'Leave North Devon Alone' which highlights what a huge threat this monstrous project is. ST. JOHN’S CHURCH, STADHAMPTON, OXFORDSHIRE on SUNDAY 11TH OCTOBER

I Ni Che, my recently published book about the Mali Development Group and its work in Mali, was formally launched, followed by tea and cakes. It was great that Mali's Honorary Consul Mr. Kolado Landoure joined us, together with MDG members and friends. We all had a great time. In the photos you can see me signing books with Gill and Mr Landoure and Mr Landoure and I.

SWIMBRIDGE POETRY TRAIL on SUNDAY 2ND OCTOBER

I was able, with Richard Westcott, to join pupils and staff from Swimbridge Primary School at the opening of the Swimbridge Poetry trail. The trail includes my poem Red Admirals, and Richard's poem about a Wren, together with nature notes and haikus from the children.
